Our client is seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Therapist to provide compassionate care and support for patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries. As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their strength, mobility, and independence through targeted therapy interventions. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical and functional limitations to develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and lifestyle changes to maintain progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Utilize equipment and tools effectively to facilitate patient recovery.
• Provide emotional support and motivation to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Stay updated on advancements in rehabilitation techniques and therapies.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
• Licensure or certification as a Rehabilitation Therapist in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of experience in rehabilitation therapy or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, techniques, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families.
• Proficiency in using rehabilitation technology and software.
