Job Description: PT - Physical Therapist

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced PT - Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitation services to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping patients regain mobility, strength, and independence. This role requires a passion for patient care, a thorough understanding of physical therapy techniques, and the ability to create personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions through detailed evaluations to determine physical therapy needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function.
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies to support recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and document treatment outcomes in patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care delivery.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate evidence-based methods into treatments.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards, safety protocols, and ethical guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; a master's degree with relevant experience is acceptable.
• Minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, therapeutic techniques, and rehabilitation practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
